Shipping & Return policy

 

VORR SHIPPING POLICY

All VORR products ship within one business day. All local pickups are by appointment only.

Please check that your VORR product has been received in good condition. If your product has been damaged in shipping, a damage report must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your item. If a damaged item received is reported after 3 days, VORR cannot settle any shipping damage dispute.

Please retain all packaging material your VORR product was received in, should the shipping provider have to inspect the item for a claim. The shipping provider will not settle any claim unless the original packaging can be inspected at the site of where the shipment was received.

If the item you received was drop shipped by VORR for one of our distributors and was received damaged, please contact the company from whom you bought the product immediately.

VORR RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of original purchase.

If you have received an incorrect product, your item has been damaged during shipping, or has a manufacturing defect please contact our customer service department at contact@valhallaoffroad.com with the information of whom you purchased your product from, and we will arrange to have the item returned for replacement or refund at seller’s expense.

In the event you decide you do not want your VORR product for reasons not listed above, you can return the product at customer’s expense. Product must be in like new condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Products that do not meet these conditions are subject to a Reconditioning/Restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping and insuring returns. Return should be insured for full value of product being shipped. VORR is not responsible for products that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping.

All refunds will be issued within 2 business days of being received and are subject to inspection.

VORR will not accept any items back without an approved RMA #. Please have whomever you purchased your item from, obtain an RMA # prior to returning the item. Any item returned without an approved RMA # will not be accepted.

MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS

All VORR manufactured items have instructions provided on Valhallaoffroad.com. Please follow these directions with precision. VORR will not be held responsible if installation procedures are not followed accordingly.

Please make sure to never open any VORR products with box cutters or any sharp instruments. Items scratched during the opening of boxes will not be replaced by VORR.
